Laser Drilling Machines

Since 2007, GoeGoe Honglin Pharm. has been procuring the first laser drilling machine—of the same origin as the original research equipment—from the United States. Put into use in 2009, the machines have undergone continuous model upgrades to meet evolving technical requirements, and have now advanced to the third generation, equipped with highly customized special process chips.
Adopting a single-beam laser spiral drilling process, each equipment maintains stable laser energy to ensure the process accuracy of each pill. Equipped with two sets of high-speed camera systems and multiple industrial sensors for real-time monitoring, each of them achieve the strict standard of 100% drilling qualification rate.
In addition, each machine boasts a drilling efficiency of up to 150,000 tablets per hour, which can fully support large-scale and high-efficiency production. Yield is nearly 100%.
Fluidized Beds

Imported directly from the USA with original packaging, each core unit is valued at 4 million USD. Currently, 3 units are in service to meet large-scale production needs. With an ultra-large load capacity of 500KG and maximum air flow rate of 12,000 m³/h for each machine, it is suitable for large-batch material processing.
Each fluidized bed is equipped with a vacuum feeder, enabling automatic material conveying, and is paired with an automatic cleaning system—thereby enhancing production efficiency while ensuring the cleanliness of the production environment. Integrating mixing, granulation, and drying functions in one, they eliminate the need for switching between multiple devices, significantly shortening the production process and improving production efficiency. They automatically control the temperature and humidity of the incoming air, ensuring the material particles are uniform and stable.
With a batch output of 1.8 million tablets and a yield rate exceeding 99%, our fluidized beds boast low material loss, achieving the dual guarantee of high quality and high profitability.
Tablet Presses

Procured from a world-leading tablet press manufacturer,exclusively in Germany, we have introduced the high-grade model, which is tailor-made to be equipped with an industry-leading bilayer tablet compression system, precisely matching the production needs of high-end preparations.
4 equipment feature fully automatic and precise regulation of the weight and hardness of each tablet, ensuring highly consistent product parameters within and across batches. Equipped with intelligent real-time feedback systems, they synchronously monitor the entire production process, enabling precision single-tablet rejection and eliminating the risk of defective products entering subsequent stages at the source.
With a bilayer tablet production efficiency of up to 250,000 tablets per hour, yield exceeds 98%.
Coating machines

Imported directly from the U.S. with original packaging, each core unit is valued at 2.6 million USD. Currently, 5 units are in service, providing solid support for large-scale production.
The entire unit features a high level of intelligent automation, requiring minimal manual intervention throughout the production process. Each unit can automatically regulate key parameters such as temperature, humidity, air flow rate and pressure difference, and is equipped with 8 independent spray guns—ensuring uniform tumbling of materials in the chamber, spraying without dead angles, and delivering exceptional coating effects.
