Since the 1980s, Mr. Goe has supported charitable and community initiatives across China. Over the years, he has contributed to the construction of a Hope Primary School, the restoration of historic sites including Huangze Temple and the Thousand Buddha Cliff Grottoes, and conservation efforts in the Sanjiangyuan region, the headwaters of China's three major rivers. These efforts reflect Mr. Goe's long-standing commitment to supporting education, preserving cultural heritage, and protecting the environment.

Beyond his entrepreneurial work, Mr. Goe has also contributed to education and literature. He authored the university textbook Marketing Management and the memoir King of Artemia, which recounts his entrepreneurial journey and personal experiences.The memoir was praised by Mr. Fang Quanlin, former Director of the Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Culture, for its authentic storytelling and vivid portrayal of perseverance, compassion, and life experiences in Taiwan and the United States during the twentieth century.
