Proprietary Patents in Controlled-Release Technology

With extensive experience in controlled-release technology, GoeGoe Honglin Pharm. combines continued investment in R&D with the technical expertise of a team of senior U.S. experts. Our expertise spans key technologies including controlled-release tablets, bilayer sustained-release tablets, sustained-release pellets, and enteric-coated pellets, supporting both single-ingredient and combination products. We have obtained multiple patents covering core technologies and their pharmaceutical applications.

We have developed our own controlled-release technology platform based on the principles of osmotic pump technology pioneered by ALZA Corporation in the United States. Our work in this area began in 2006 with the development of JUPOPINE^® Nifedipine Controlled-Release Tablets. Over the years, continued technology development has enabled us to establish proprietary technologies and patents supporting the product. JUPOPINE^®is protected by two Chinese patents covering its core technologies: Nifedipine Controlled-Release Tablets and Their Preparation Method and Drug Core Composition for Controlled-Release Drug Delivery. The product represents an early milestone in our development of proprietary controlled-release technology and laid the foundation for our continued work in this field.
We have also secured two Chinese patents covering the core technologies of ROTOFIER^® Glipizide Extended-Release Tablets: Glipizide Controlled-Release Tablets and Their Preparation Method and Drug Core Composition for Controlled-Release Drug Delivery. With more than a decade of market experience, ROTOFIER^® further reflects our longstanding expertise in controlled-release drug delivery.
