On July 6, 2026, GoeGoe Honglin Biopharmaceutical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony at its Zhenjiang manufacturing site to officially commence construction of a new sustained- and controlled-release pharmaceutical manufacturing project with an annual manufacturing capacity of 2.7 billion tablets and capsules. Company executives, project partners, and employees gathered to celebrate this important milestone and mark the next milestone of the company's manufacturing expansion.

The ceremony was hosted by Mr. Zhang Qi, General Manager of GoeGoe Honglin Biopharmaceutical (Jiangsu). On behalf of the company, he welcomed executives, project partners from Jiangsu Zhongsheng, and invited guests, expressing appreciation for their support and collaboration.

President Chen Dandan highlighted the strong performance of the company's four key products — JUPOPINE^® Nifedipine Controlled-release Tablets, RoToFier^® Glipizide Extended Release Tablets, JUPOSHU^® Amlodipine Besylate Tablets, and JUPOPHON^® Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules — in China's national volume-based procurement (VBP) renewal program. Driven by increasing market demand, the launch of the Phase II expansion project represents an important step in expanding manufacturing capacity, strengthening supply capabilities, and supporting continued access to high-quality medicines. Planning for Phase III expansion is also underway as the company prepares for future capacity needs.

Chairman Simon S. Goe expressed confidence in Jiangsu Zhongsheng's project capabilities and emphasized the importance of maintaining strict standards in safety, quality management, and construction timelines to ensure the project's successful completion and timely operation.

Mr. Jiang, General Manager of Jiangsu Zhongsheng, affirmed Jiangsu Zhongsheng's commitment to completing the project through professional management, high construction standards, and efficient execution while meeting project timelines and quality standards.

The event concluded with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially marking the start of construction of the new manufacturing project.
