To All Departments,

Pursuant to the company’s decision, the following appointments are hereby made:

1.Qiu Yu is appointed as Warehouse Manager and Deputy Procurement Manager, with overall responsibility for warehouse operations and partial assistance in managing procurement-related matters.

2.Song Jian is appointed as Deputy Procurement Manager, assisting in the management of procurement-related operations.

3.Liang Hongyu is appointed as Validation Supervisor of the Quality Department, responsible for validation-related affairs within the department.

This appointment takes effect on August 22, 2025.
